Now, DIRECTV will be bringing DIRECTV DVR service directly to you. You’ll still have access to the same exclusive TiVo features such as Season Pass recordings, WishList searches, Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down and TiVo Suggestions. Given this change in relationship, your DVR subscription is being transferred from TiVo to DIRECTV. Effective 10/31/02, your service and privacy agreements with TiVo will be superceded and replaced with new service and privacy agreements with DIRECTV. We understand how important personal privacy is to you, so please be assured that DIRECTV is committed to continuing its protection of the privacy of your personal information.
