How is the developer addressing the traffic issue on West Shore Blvd.?
We are very concerned about the traffic issue on West Shore, not only for current residents, but for our new home owners. We are addressing the issue in several ways. We will make substantial improvements to the main entrance by adding a deceleration lane on West Shore to facilitate traffic flow in and out of the community and by setting the gate house back into the community instead of close to this busy street. The lane to the gate house would accommodate as many as 20 cars to prevent traffic from backing up on West Shore. In fact, we are giving up build-able land to accommodate this deeply inset gate house and deceleration lane. Additionally, a second residents-only gate has been added to further assist the flow of traffic in and out of the community quickly.
