How is the deed transferred?
This depends on state laws applicable for each property. In most cases, parcels sold shall be conveyed to the Purchaser by means of a Warranty Deed, with Lien Covenant. In no event shall FMV be or become liable for any defects in title for any cause whatsoever, and no claim, demand or suit of any nature shall exist in favor of the purchaser, its heirs, successors or assigns, against FMV arising from this sale.
