A. ProteoSep maps are generated using Eprogen’s ProteoVue Software, which converts the HPLC chromatograms into a “lane and band” format. Lanes refer to the different pI fractions and bands are the individual peaks in the UV chromatogram from the second dimension. ProteoVue displays both the full map of all pI lanes together as well as the detailed chromatograms for each particular pI fraction.
