Each semester (term) is split into two, 8-week modules during which students take a variety of courses. All classes during the first semester are core business classes, including Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Decision Analysis and Marketing. Additionally, students take courses in career management and business presentation skills. During the second semester, students complete required courses in Operations Management, Organizational Behavior and Strategic Management as well as the Global Leadership program. Students have the opportunity to begin taking elective courses at this time. Both semesters of the second year are filled with elective courses of a student’s choice, designed toward meeting the requirements of their chosen concentration(s).
