Some of the trip expenses include airfare; vehicle rental and gasoline; housing; food; faxes; shipping; visas and work permits; training materials and speakers; and ministry materials for door-to-door evangelism, youth programs, sports evangelism, adult discipleship, and construction. The Missions Ministry Pastor allocates an amount to every mission trip based on available budget.
