How is the cost determined for the ClickAction Email Matching Service?
The cost is based on the total number of MATCHED records less any undeliverable email addresses as determined in the invitation email stage. The number of offline customer records originally input to be matched against the ClickAction Email Matching Service database determines the cost per matched record. For example, a company has 1 million offline customer records that they want to match against. Assuming the retail price per matched record is $0.25 and we determine that 15%of the 1 million records matched or 150,000 names while 5,000 of those bounced-back in the invitation email stage, the total cost for the program would cost 150,000-5,000 x $0.25 =$36,250. Note:the per matched record cost is determined by the number of input offline customer records. The more input records, the lower the per match record cost.
