A. Conversion resolution is independent of conversion rate. Any conversion rate ranging from 0.256ms to 262.14ms can be used with any possible resolution from 9-bit to 16-bit. Refer to the ADC Resolution and ADC Conversion Time tables on page 33 of the MAX1464 data sheet.
