The “market” will always dictate rates, but these must also be based on the hourly cost we will need to offer to entice the caliber of candidate you require for each project or need. You will always be quoted an hourly or fixed bid rate prior to the start of any assignment. For our Helpdesk in the Cloud, these rates are determined on a “blended” basis for the application support team that is needed.
