Estey Real Estate and Property Management conduct a thorough documentation of the property before you take occupancy. This inspection makes sure you are not held responsible for pre-existing issues. The Check in/out inspection holds you responsible for the condition of the unit when you vacate it, less normal wear and tear. Any damages caused by excessive wear and tear on the property can be charged to the tenant.
