When a partial refund is issued, A1 gives back the commission based on the sale price of the item only. The shipping charges will not be reimbursed at all in a partial refund. If the buyer was charged INR 200.00 (sale price) and seller wants to give them INR 50.00 back, the seller’s commission refund would be INR 10.00 only.
