An eight member volunteer Board of Directors, with representatives from each of the three counties served – Humboldt, Lander and Pershing – governs FCC. The coalition consists of three Local Coalition Committees – one located in each county. FCC’s staff includes a director, an administrative assistant, and three coalition coordinators – one serving each county.
