The Coaching Pool Partnership is currently made up of 13 organisations; each organisation has a representative that sits on the Management Board. The Management Board steers the direction of the Partnership and develops the policies, procedures and practices that govern its operation. The day to day activities, associated with maintaining, supporting and developing the Partnership are managed and carried out by the Regional Projects Team. The Regional Projects Team is employed by the West Midlands Leaders Board, on behalf of the partner organisations.
