How is the Circ-Williston EIS different from the previous Circumferential Highway EIS?
This is a new EIS addressing transportation improvements between I-89 and Williston, Essex, and Essex Junction, and their potential benefits and impacts. The former EIS addressed the entire Chittenden County Circumferential Highway (CCCH) corridor. Improvements in the Colchester end of the CCCH corridor will be considered in a separate new EIS.
