How is the Career Center involved with the local Chapter?
Delta Epsilon Iota promotes career development among its members, so we recommend that the Chapter Advisor be chosen from the university career center. Career Centers are only asked to serve in an advisory role in order to provide guidance to the students and help focus the students’ attention on career development. Each chapter is student-run and requires zero financial support from the college or university. In fact, the National Office funds the local chapters so that there are resources available to develop new programs and activities.
