Just like a PIN for an ATM card, the PIN for the crypto card is sent to the user separately from the card itself. Even if the card were found or stolen, there is no way to discern the PIN from anything else on the card — internally or externally. The PIN is not stored on the card. Users are reminded to never write their PIN on their card.
