How is the Capital Soccer Club Organized?
Five elected officers provide executive leadership. CSC head coaches are all volunteers. CSC head coaches are required to hold an ‘E’ license through Missouri Youth Soccer Association. CSC head and assistant coaches are required to participate in the Kid Safe Program. More information on this program can be obtained at www.mysa.org. Most CSC coaches are parents of players, present or past, and others are soccer enthusiasts willing to offer their time and energy. CSC pays for the coaches ‘E’ license training. CSC covers the travel expenses for non-parent head coaches. CSC meets the 2nd Monday of each month except December and is open to all members. CSC is a self-supporting club, reliant upon player registration fees, tournament revenues and fundraisers.
