HOW IS THE CAMPAIGN GOAL DETERMINED?
Volunteers who represent your community identify local problems and then study local agencies programs and finances to determine how much money each agency needs to address community challenges. The goal is set by the United Way Board of Directors based on the financial needs of participating agencies, the current economic climate in the area, and the capacity of the community to give.
