How is the bus system inside Hamilton?

It is good if you live close to Main St. or King St. Four different routes travel the McMaster-to-downtown Hamilton corridor and buses typically pass every 20 minutes or so (some of them come by every 10 min). All graduate students are given a free bus pass as part of their registration package which will enable you to use any Hamilton Street Railway (HSR) city bus at no extra cost throughout the whole year, so the bus system is a very cheap and relatively efficient way to get around. You can check out routes and schedules for HSR here or contact McMaster’s ACT office for personalized trip planning assistance.
