How is the BRAC implementation phase being handled within the Air Force?
Policy: The assistant secretary of the Air Force for installations and environment will act on behalf of the secretary of the Air Force in establishing overall Air Force BRAC policy, direction, and oversight and ensuring Air Force compliance with program mandates.
