When you have AOL® for Broadband with Cable, you will be billed by either AOL or your cable provider (Time Warner Cable or Bright House Networks). If your AOL for Broadband with Cable charge appears on the bill you receive from your cable company, your cable company is billing you for the service. You will need to contact your cable company directly for assistance with your bill. If you see TWX*AOLforBROADBAND on your financial statement (for example: your credit card statement) or Broadband Svc on your online billing statement at AOL® Keyword: My Account, you are billed for your AOL for Broadband with Cable by AOL.
