How is the baseline determined for calculating my rebate on the critical peak rebate pricing plan?
The baseline is determined by a computer program which selects three days during the billing month when your electricity usage is most like what it would be on the critical peak day. The baseline is your usage during the same four peak hours – 2 pm to 6 pm in summer, and 6 am to 8 am and 6 pm to 8 pm in winter – averaged over those three days.
