How is the amount of bounty decided when you want to put someone on the hitlist?
The amount of bounty that a person is worth is based on how much property they have in The City. Their bounty is approximately 10 times the amount of money they make through their property each hour. So if you make $2,000 an hour in the city, it will cost another mobster $20,000 (plus a listing fee) to put you on the hitlist. The minimum a hit can cost is $10,000 all together.
