• A seven-member Board of Directors oversees the Alamo RMA. • The Alamo RMA Board of Directors serves staggered two-year terms. • The Chairman of the Board is appointed by the Governor of Texas, two members are appointed by the County Judge, one of whom serves as the representative for the City of San Antonio as per the Interlocal Agreement and the other four members are appointed by Bexar County Commissioners, one each.
