How is the “Addison Bailey” managed?
The “Addison Bailey” is currently managed by Realty Management of Corpus Christi Texas. Realty Management will be responsible for setting up bank accounts to handle most of the day-to-day operations of the house including house cleaning, yard maintenance, Hot tub maintenance, and any other maintenance items. They will also be responsible for paying all bills in regards to the maintenance. Realty management will also set annual and future budgets for any expected repairs, up grades or replacements. All which have to be approved by the Addison Bailey Board of Directors.
