The SC ADAP receives federal funds through the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Ryan White Part B grant, as well as state contributions. In 2010, the program experienced federal funding cuts of over 6% and state cuts of nearly 60%. These budget cuts have made it very difficult for the program to operate at its current capacity.
