How is the 30 Day Autoship Calculated To Remain Active?
You must re-order product every 30 days in order to remain active and in good standing with CNI . Your 30 days is calculated from the date you order your initial product, not from your original sign-up date. Example: If you join on Jan 1, you would have to reorder by Jan 31. If you re-ordered on Jan 25th, you would be required to re-order within 30 days from the Jan 25th date.
