How is table data accessed?

All user tasks are performed on the BrokerTrak desktop. Table account and CUSIP data may be accessed by various methods; i.e. Menus, typing in account number, CUSIP number, ticker symbol, S.S. or FIN number, client short name, CUSIP description, trade reference number, or by typing in plain English such as “display the Trial Balance”, or “I would like to view the Stock Record for account 1234-567890”, or “get me trade reference number 123456-9826. All searches are performed from an always visable navigation dialog window. It’s never required that a user return to a Main Menu to skip to another table.
