How is Student Welfare organized in RLC?
At Rayat London College, the welfare of our students is of paramount importance to us. We have a full-time Student Welfare Officer who is available to help when needed. We also run a ‘Student Advice Centre’ every Tuesday to offer our students confidential advice and information on a variety of issues. We provide an educational and a career guidance service. International students are permitted to work up to 20 hours per week during term time, with no limits in vacation periods, but it is not recommended that students take part-time work for the full 20 hours, especially for postgraduate courses. You can typically expect to earn between 5 and 8 per hour. We also offer visa advice for international students. As a student in the UK you will be entitled to free medical registration with the local authorities.
