In addition to good eating, Staying in Wales uses festivals and events, accredited attractions, award-winning beaches, arts and crafts, outdoor activities and travel opportunities to attract visitors to Wales and fill overnight accommodation. Taste of Wales was first and foremost a food brand that encouraged hospitality providers to buy local produce. Filling overnight accommodation was not its prime objective.
