Siffrin staff is required to attend Orientation training, Delegated Nursing training and on-going in-service hours to maintain employment. All staff members are also required to complete a course in Medication Administration presented by one of Siffrin’s Registered Nurses. Siffrin employs two Registered Nurses and a Licensed Practical Nurse for purposes of consultation, training and referral of medication concerns.
