South Africa was settled by European (Dutch) people, just as the United States was settled by European (English) people. Mexico was colonized by SPAIN (which is also considered a European country), the people of Mexico are of Spanish and Central American Indian ancestry. China and Japan are separate countries inhabited by Asians; and for the most part…always have been.
