How is shipping calculated for the NBA minifig combo items ?

The shipping situation for the NBA minifigs / stand / card combo is an unusual situation. Minimum shipping (per order) for these items is $4. A single $4 package should be able to handle up to 4 of these. If you order more than one, eCrater will issue an invoice for a higher shipping amount, but that will be corrected when I fill the order.
