How is Shawnee Trace organized/managed?
The Shawnee Trace Homeowners Association, Plats 1, 2 and 3, is a non-profit organization. The basic purpose of the Association is to govern Shawnee Trace in accordance with the governing documents. The Association is governed by Officers, elected by the members of the Association. The Officers of the Association have the power and duty to administer the affairs of the Association in accordance with the governing documents. The Officers are also responsible for the ongoing operation and maintenance of Shawnee Trace.
