How is SGIA going to help Exhibitors?
• The Association sent an e-mail to all exhibitors on August 31. • Booth fees will be refunded if requested. Alternatively, exhibitors are urged to apply what they’ve paid to date to SGIA ’06 (Booth Sales for SGIA 06 will occur as schedule on Wednesday, September 7th). • Airfare – Contact the airline. Many airlines have policies where tickets are good for a year from the original travel date, although they may charge a fee for changing the reservation. • Hotel fees – Deposits will be refunded, if you made reservations through Travel Planners (SGIA’s Housing Bureau, the folks reached through the SGIA ’05 Web site). If you used another service or contacted the property directly, please handle the refund process directly with the vendor used.
