The Secure4Access installation script performs special steps if Secure4Access is to interface with NIS or NIS+. Be sure that NIS(+) and NFS are functioning correctly and that the NIS (+) master server is active before using the installation script If Secure4Access is being installed on a network, install it first on the NIS master server, then on the alternate server (where a copy of the Secure4Access profile directory is to be installed), and then on any other slave servers or client machines.
