• After the survey information is analyzed, York may discover that there is under-representation within particular designated groups within specific occupational groups. This may be a designated group that you are a member of. We will want to do more research to understand the cause of this under-representation. • If you answer yes to Section E, the Employment Equity Officer may contact you and invite you to participate in a focus group, with the aim of uncovering the barriers to employment for the under-represented designated group. • The focus group will consist of other members from the same designated group. • Please note that providing your consent does not necessarily mean that you will be contacted.
