How is SaveAfricaNow Inc. governed?
SaveAfricaNow Inc. is governed by a board of directors (David Youngren – Chair, Nick Kooman – Secretary, Roy Bilec – Treasurer, and directors: Joseph Romita, Paul Smit, and Reis James.) David Youngren is the founder and the President of the corporation. SaveAfricaNow Inc. is also a registered NGO in Tanzania with a board of directors (David Youngren – Chair, Elias Shija – Vice-Chair, Jeremiah Bayaga – Secretary, Alice Chapra – Treasurer, plus all the board members listed above) SaveAfricaNow plans to continue to expand as legal entities in several nations, including countries in Europe. As it grows, it will be governed by national boards, but will keep its uniformity through an international executive board. SaveAfricaNow Inc. in both the United States and Canada is continually looking for new progressive board members, who can help make a difference for orphans in Africa.
