How Is Safety Pays Utilized When the Workforce is Dispersed (Multiple Locations)?
Based on much of the information at this website, it would appear that Safety Pays is designed primarily for on-site workers or employers who are all together in one location. This is far from the case. Over the years, we’ve developed no less than a dozen different configurations of Safety Pays which can apply to virtually all workplace scenarios. For companies which have have only a limited number of employees at multiple locations (ie. janitorial services, parking lot operators, construction crews, etc.), we’ve designed a Safety Pays program which we refer to as our “branch site” approach.
