How is revenue from any commercial licensing of RPCI innovations distributed?
License revenues received are distributed quarterly by the Technology Transfer Office. The RPCI inventor or co-inventors receive 40% of licensing revenues after deduction of expenses such as patenting costs. If there are multiple inventors involved, the distributed funds are allocated to the inventors according to the Revenue Distribution Agreement entered into by the co-inventors.
