Patients will need 2 trays of RESTASIS® for a 30-day supply. Each tray contains 30 vials. The approved dosage for patients using RESTASIS® is 2 vials a day: 1 vial in the morning and 1 vial in the evening. Therefore, 2 trays (60 vials) is the recommended amount for a 30-day supply according to recommended dosing.
