How is Recron® 3s added in the process?
• The required quantity of Recron® 3s is added to the Hydro-disintegrator/slurry mix tank after taking the standard water quantity used. The fibres completely disperse in few seconds under vigorous agitation available in the system. • Then, asbestos fibre, cement and other additives if any, are added followed by the usual process. • By observing the edge of the sheet cutting/pipe in wet stage against the light, one can easily see the uniform dispersion of the fibres.
