How is reading taught at Master’s Academy?
A. The model for the teaching of reading is based upon an intensive phonetic approach, The Writing and Spelling Road to Reading and Thinking, which begins in kindergarten. This unique program is built upon phonetic instruction and uses the Bible as the primary reader. All language areas including literature, composition, spelling, grammar, and reading are integrated to develop excellent communication skills in our students.
