How is publicity for Faculty Development Program activities handled?

0

Each semester, the Office of the Associate Provost for Instructional Technology and External Programs prepares a poster listing all funded Faculty Development activities, with a brief program description, information regarding location, date, and time of the program, if available, and contact names and phone numbers for registration. Multiple copies of this poster are mailed to every department chair at every campus for distribution to faculty. Copies are also sent to public information and grants officers, as well as to presidents and provosts. Additionally, all program information is listed on this Web site (see Colloquia & Seminars). Program coordinators are encouraged to do their own outreach as well.
