How is “publication of a journal article in a recognized peer reviewed professional journal” different from “publication of a professional article in a non-peer-reviewed journal?
Having an article published in the American Journal of Speech-Language Pathology, for example, would fall into the first category, while publishing an article on a professional topic in Parents Magazine would fall into the second.
