How is precise temperature control guaranteed in the BIOSTAT® Bplus?
As temperature is one of the most critical process parameters, the BIOSTAT® Bplus offers dual temperature control for both double-wall jacket and culture ensured by our cascade control system. The liquid | medium temperature is shown in the main menu. The jacket temperature is displayed in the submenu “Controller”. For single-wall systems heating is performed via a heating blanket including an overheating protection. Cooling is performed via a cooling finger which is integrated in the culture vessel, automatically controlled via solenoid valve.
