Resellers with an activated LiveSecurity Partner Key may submit support incidents through our secure Technical Support Web site with their WatchGuard Reseller ID and password, or by phone at (206) 521-8375 with their WatchGuard Reseller ID. To request a LiveSecurity Partner Key, email PartnerLSKey@watchguard.com with the WatchGuard Reseller ID you received with your Reseller registration.
