How is polytheism more logical than monotheism?

To me, polytheism is more logical because there are so many religions and so many cultures that don’t mix, meet or mingle, and it makes no sense that only one deity could be correct. Surely, not 2/3 of the world is incorrect for not worshipping a particular deity. Because there are different walks of life, seems to make more sense that there might be other “walks of deities” out there as well. Plus, I think polytheism promotes being more peaceful, if nothing more than, if you believe in more than one god, odds are, you’re not going to be hateful towards someone for believing in another set. Most pagans don’t think that there is only “one way” and one way only to a happy afterlife/good relationship wtih gods. Anyways, that’s my two cents.
