A. It has been produced by a fermentation technology in Japan. The manufacturing process entails producing Є-polylysine by using natural bacteria without gene manipulation. It is produced by microbial fermentation like miso (soybean paste), soy (soy sauce) and yogurt. It means that Є-polylysine is produced by same process as it is done in nature. Moreover, all manufacturing processes do not contain any chemical synthesis process.
