How is policy set at DAG?
Typically, issues are introduced by a member, then followed by discussion. When there is a very clear consensus of the membership present to take a position, a member will be asked to formulate that position in writing for review. Complicated issues on which there is no clear consensus, or those that require further research, will be directed to a task force of volunteers interested in pursuing that issue. Final policy will be determined by the Steering Committee after discussion and consideration.
